Welcome to Heyburn Parkside RV Resort! We strive to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To ensure a harmonious stay for everyone, we have outlined our resort policies below. These policies cover important aspects such as reservations, check-in/check-out times, pet guidelines, amenities usage, and more. TERMS AND CONDITIONS / PARK RULES

Please follow road sign directions. Larry Ragan Rd is a two way one lane road. Both Turkey Lp and Whitetail Lp are one ways.
1 RV per space, tent(s) or additional vehicles may have additional charge. Unauthorized RVs and vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense. With parking in space provided and other overflow area. Please no parking on ag field.
Check In is at 12 noon and Check out time is 11 am, if you would like to stay longer,
please book your site online or call 208-582-8903.
Quiet Time is 10 pm to 7 am
Any Illegal activity will result in termination of your stay. All site guests will need to leave
immediately, without refund.
Radios, Stereos, Televisions, etc. should be kept at a volume that will not disturb others. Please be courteous of other guests’ privacy.
Any guest that willfully or negligently destroys park property or equipment will be held
liable for the value to repair or replace damaged items and card on file will be charged.
No add-on structures, storage, outdoor showers, tents, tarps or appliances permitted.
Pop-up style “camping” equipment and furniture is permitted.
Dumpster is located at the exit of the. Please bag and put all garbage in a dumpster.
All sites are subject to an appropriate cleaning or damage fee if left with litter, cigarette
butts, pet feces, oil or other messes left behind by guests at time of check-out.
Motorbikes, ATVs or Motorized Recreational Vehicles must abide by state law (licensed
driver and vehicle, and must be insured) on park roadways and must follow the posted
speed limit and are not allowed on Bennett Lumber or Stimson Lumber property located on boarders of park.
Rules and policies are subject to change at any time by Management.
PET POLICY:
Limit to 3 pets per space.
Pets must be under control and quiet at all times, or you and your party may be asked to leave the park.
Pet feces must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
100% of Reservation will be charged to your credit card at time of booking.
No refund will be given after your reservation arrival date.
